catalyst 3550 non si accendono i led delle porte

salve ho un problema con un cisco catalist 3550, dopo sbalzo di tensione, lo switch non va, si accende fa il test ma le porte rimangono spente nonostante i cavi di rete attaccati, i pc percepiscono il collegamento dicendomi che il cavo di rete è attaccato ma non vanno.ùin terminal trovo questo:
