Anche se non me ne intendo molto credo che usi una versione di IOS parecchio datata... ho appena acquistato un banco di dram da 16 MB...

potete dirmi che versione di IOS posso installare e che capienza può avere?

Es. ne ho viste da 3, 4, 6, 8 MB...

Quale posso usare con gli attuali 8 MB e quali con l'upgrade?

Hai una flash di 8 MB. Penso sia quello il limite tuo non la RAM. Cmq esiste una tabella sul sito cisco che indica l'IOS, il modello del router e le richieste della RAM-Flash per farla girare.
