Chiedo umilmente aiuto - cisco 837

Salve a tutti ho letto un po qui e un po li sul forum, ma non sono cmq riuscito a configurare questo router.
Prima di tutto vi spiego le mie esigenze in modo che mi possiate aiutare al meglio nella configurazione.

No DHCP (non mi serve)
1 pc server con le porte del mulo aperte (UDP TCP e porta WebServer 4711)
1 pc linux che dovrebbe avere la priorità sul traffico in entrata e uscita (questo punto magari più avanti quando si risolvono gli altri problemi) con qualche QOS?
La mia connessione è una tin.it 4 mb
La mia rete è 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0
Il router ip 192.168.0.1
