CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate is an important certification for IT professionals. This certifies skills and knowledge of students and system experts to install configure, manage and troubleshoot medium sized switched and routed networks. The CNNA module 3 also includes the confirmation and implementation of connections to inaccessible sites in WAN. This course includes the basic elimination of security threats, performance based skills, wireless concepts in networking and other terminology.

Più banalmente, devi progettare e configurare una switched lan con eventuali estensioni wireless.
Nella prima parte si vede come progettare una lan basata su switch e come scegliere la caratteristiche degli switch.
Poi si fa configurazione base degli switch e messa in sicurezza, soprattutto tramite port-security.
Quindi viene introdotto il conecetto di vlan, si configura il vtp per il supporto all'ammainistrazione basata su vlan, e quindi si studia l'stp che aiuta a prevenire i loop di livello 2.
Infine rotuing fra vlan diverse e parentesi per le reti wireless.
